Gregside
Gregside is a 2000sqft house in a prime location to skate and explore Colorado. It’s within a mile from the Old Town Arvada RTD light rail, making it easy to hit the airport or cruise around the city for all sorts of entertainment. It’s also minutes from the highway, making a rip up to the mountains quick.
The skate bowl was made by world renowned skatepark builders- Team Pain and the Arvada Army, whom combined to pour a lot of local spots back in the day. Gregside has been in the pages of Thrasher magazine and featured in countless videos by locals, as well as traveling professionals. It’s not the largest bowl, but fun for skaters of all levels.
There are 4 Team Pain skateparks between ¼ and 4 miles from the house. Surrounding Arvada, in any direction, are countless free skateparks, without fences, built with pride by passionate skateboarders. This area has become a mecca for skateboarders, and this house is pretty much in the perfect spot to check out Colorado’s skate scene.
The house has been freshly renovated with a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. All the furniture, down to the bed frames, have been hand crafted by the owner, Jerry. He mixed the mediums of welding metal and fractal wood-burning to create the beautiful and tough esthetic throughout the home. The place is also equipped with smart TVs, free WIFI, ping pong, and plenty of space to grill/cook out with friends and family.

The perfect house for a skate trip! We fit 8 guys comfortably. The bowl is fun to either pump around in to warm up the legs or have a full on session. The Arvada Park is near by and very big, plus there’s a ton of other parks near by, we didn’t get to hit half of them. Brooklyn was communicative and answered all our questions, and we really loved all the coffee!

GregSide was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend staying there. The Arvada area is full of amazing skate spots. Check out 10 pushes ( Wolfe park )…hidden gem. Pocket park heaven ( Pig Park is what we all want ). The house is so nice and has everything you could want. The bowl at the house is hard to leave …team pain crushed it. Can’t wait to go back!
