Mini Ramp at an Old School Building

We have completed the remodel of three classrooms to form a spacious, private apartment for guests in our 100-year-old, brick school building.
Come for a sleepover in your own private apartment with a breathtaking view of miles and miles of Iowa farmland.
Our building is a quick 15 minute drive to Lake Panorama and Springbrook State Park; and 40 minutes west of Des Moines, IA. We’re also right next to a shaded bike path that is part of an over 300-mile span of connected trails.
Though the small town we we live in doesn’t have much going on when it comes to night life and restaurants, Adel and Panora are just a short drive away, offering food, drinks, and patios.
The owner of the building also runs Helter Shelter, a private, in-door skatepark in Des Moines you would also have access to.

In the apartment, enjoy amenities like a king-sized bed, a fully-equipped kitchen that includes a commercial grade gas range and oven, as well as plenty of room for entertaining (please no groups larger than 6 people). The couch sleeps two, and other bedrooms are available for $.
This space has beautiful original maple hardwood floors, 11 foot ceilings, and tons of natural light. We’ve got great wifi for a movie night (the unit has two flat screens) or catch up on work. Enjoy cool decor like original art and house plants.
You are also more than welcome to respectfully enjoy other parts of the building, which includes a gymnasium, the mini ramp, ping pong and pool tables, and back yard.
